Pankh MP Marathon, along with Pankh Khel Protsahan, is an initiative of the Bansal News, one of the most prestigious media houses of MP. The event managed by Bansal News and Bansal Tech Professionals Private Limited, was first conducted in 2023. Pankh MP Marathon 2024 is the first-ever 42k marathon in Bhopal.
The idea is to bring all the health, sports and running enthusiasts to a common ground and experience the motivating participation of people from different backgrounds. The teams of organisers and supporters have put in their hearts and souls to make this an experience for all the participants to cherish for life and look forward to reliving it.
The four diverse categories of the Pankh MP Marathon make it an event for everyone. It's for the young and the old, for the experienced runners and the first-timers. It's for anyone with a dream and the will to chase it.

History & Milestones
The Pankh MP Marathon began its journey in 2023. This event witnessed an outpouring of support, with over 4,000 participants from all walks of life coming to the streets of Bhopal.
The first edition of the Pankh MP Marathon offered a challenging 21k, a scenic 10k, and a fun-filled 6k run category. Participants, ranging in age from 10 to 70 years, embraced the spirit of the event. Live performances and the electrifying energy of the participants created an unforgettable experience.
The event served as a platform to support the dreams of aspiring athletes from Madhya Pradesh. The cause contributed to the education and sports careers of over 52 Under 19 National and International Sports Achievers.
The 2023 Pankh MP Marathon was graced by the Olympic Gold Medalists Bajrang Punia and Tulika Mann. Their inspiring presence added a touch of magic to the event, motivating participants and leaving lasting memories.
